The 'regular' bakers had to bake three different recipes and plate them all creatively for the judges. We had to have 54 plates of cupcakes PLUS cupcakes for display |

So, I didn't win, but I learned a lot, had GREAT fun, met LOTS of wonderful people in the community who LOVED my cupcakes and wrote to me, came up to me afterward, etc. AND some of my family was there to share it all with me.......and my sweetheart helped me pack up the car and clean up the kitchen afterward!!

Well......just you wait......I'm dreaming up some new flavors for next year!!!
Oh yes, I didn't tell you my flavors: Chocolate covered Cherries, Strawberries Cream Puffs, and Love a Latte which was a spicey cake with a coffee frosting made with marscapone......YUMMY!
